The Parts Manager is responsible for tracking parts beginning with ordering parts, managing the flow of parts to monitoring warranty, cores and returns. Maintain positive relationships with parts vendors. Manage parts costs. Perform quality control vehicle checks. This position receives incentive bonuses.
Have at least 2 years in customer service or administration related position
Organizational Skills – Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.
Computer knowledge: Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a laptop or computer with Windows operating system. Type at least 30 words per minute.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in English effectively to team members, vendors via verbal and written form.
Math Skills: Must be able to practice basic math with accuracy and use a calculator.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift comfortably and safely 30 pounds without assistance, be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance, be able to drive motor vehicles, keep up with fast paced work environment.
